Shetland has a comprehensive bus network of frequent mainline services, rural connecting services and bookable dial-a-ride services. Bus services are run by Zetrans and operated by a number of different bus companies.
The Access Panel would like to hear about any issues with accessibility of bus travel in Shetland. In particular, we would like to find out how bus travel links with complete journeys, for example getting from a rural location into a specific building or service. For this we would encourage anyone with examples of problems or examples of good accessibility experience, to get in touch with us.
